Financial education is at the heart of the Heritage South Credit Union Foundation’s mission. We believe everyone deserves access to practical financial knowledge that can help them make informed decisions, avoid financial pitfalls, and build a more secure future.
Through educational programs, workshops, community events, and partnerships with local organizations, the Foundation provides financial education for people at different stages of life—from children learning their first lessons about money to older adults learning how to protect themselves from fraud and scams.
Programs may cover topics such as budgeting, saving, understanding credit, responsible borrowing, fraud prevention, digital banking, and other financial topics important to everyday life.
