Lost/Stolen Cards
   
If you have had a credit or debit card stolen, please follow the corresponding procedure below to ensure it is handled in a timely manner to minimize the risk of fraud.

For lost or stolen DEBIT cards, follow the procedure below:
  1. Call the Heritage South Call Center at 256/245.4776 in order to have your card frozen to prevent it from being used at any retail outlet. If it is after hours, you can call our audio line at 256/249.8318 and follow the prompts.
  2. Reorder a new debit card by contacting the Call Center during normal business hours.
For lost or stolen VISA CREDIT cards, follow the procedure below:
  1. Call VISA customer service FIRST at 1.800.299.9842. You must have your credit card number, expiration date, and social security number available for verification
  2. Call the Heritage South Call Center at 256/245.4776 and speak to an accounting clerk in order to have a new card ordered for you as soon as possible. It is our priority at Heritage South to serve you in a timely and accurate manner.
